You already know the drill on the wrench from the previous act. Smash the window with an object (like the binoculars or shoe) and then open the freezer to find the wrench.

You can't reach it yet, though, because it's so high up in the air.įor now, head around to the other side of the house and look for a window leading into the kitchen. Turn around and go back the other way in the yard to find the second lever on the long pipe that sticks up out of the ground and runs into the house. The first one is found just by following the fence a bit further. Your first goal is to get the gauge on the wheel into the red by pulling levers on three other pipes around the area. Off to your right in a broken section of a fence is a pipe with a red turn wheel. Head outside and grab the air duct grate in front of the red light so you can move through the crawl space.įrom there, head up the ladder to find that the neighbor's house has changed quite a bit, and you are now locked in behind a giant fence. Go look at the window where the boards fell over, and you should hear a click letting you know the door is now unlocked and can be opened. Go peep through the keyhole and look right and left until you hear a sound letting you know something fell over. Starting in the weird, fake room you discovered in the previous act, there's nothing immediately to pick up or throw, and the door won't unlock. With this guide, you can easily make it to the end, but make sure to get caught a few times so you don't miss out on the story cut-scenes. You are now in a separate room, with less of a chance to get seen or heard.Below we cover everything you need to know to fully explore the house and escape in Hello Neighbor Act 2. What this means, is that if you use a Wind Chime to alert Nielsen to the kitchen exit, it's better to go sprint back to the front door and into the living room rather than looking for a closet, as it separates you from the AI. It's better to circumvent the AI's navigation pattern. The AI can hear your footsteps when you walk or sprint near them, so they will turn your direction if you move while not crouching.

First, if you're in the same room as the AI, or in the room next to the AI, make sure to be crouching when moving. The AI of each character in this game (excluding Skipper the dog) has basic do's and don't's. To get in the basement door, hold E (or whatever you set your action key to) to open the door. You can use multiple distractions to sneak past this AI, such as sounding his car alarm or ringing a wind chime. Once you're at the Peterson house, you need to get into the basement, which involves sneaking around Nielsen, the AI (who mainly stays in the living room where the basement is). Peterson's old house, which indicates that it's where you need to go next. Once you go to the main office in the Banner, a small cutscene plays. Whatever location is emphasized, by cutscenes or in-game events, is where you need to go during this part of the game. This early on in the Beta, you cannot walk to many areas yet, as the Guest will grab you and send you back to the starting point.

The beta was announced during an Xbox Showcase Livestream on December 10th, 2021.Īfter the tutorial (which I'm not gonna even write a walkthrough on, it's basic gameplay things), you end up at your main location, the Raven Brooks Banner. It comes with your Pre-Order of Hello Neighbor 2 (or its Deluxe Edition) on any platform. The Hello Neighbor 2 Beta is the closed beta for Hello Neighbor 2 that released April 7, 2022. The first build of Hello Neighbor 2 to have NPCs.
